The room we had included climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The bed was amazing & the staff there were fairly friendly and incredibly nice. Its marvelous, central location was a plus.

The breakfast was nice hot with bacon and biscuits and juice, had everything you could want. The staff were fairly friendly and exceptionally nice and kept the place spotlessly clean. The location was favourable for me, in the all the areas.

Liked central heating, pay TV and a microwave oven in the room. It was in a favourable and easy location with San Pablo Lytton Casino nearby.

The hotel was nice looking, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. the rooms were nicely decorated and luxurious. the setting was comfy, just off a department store in the back of a parking lot and several fast food restaurants and shopping centers.

This place felt brand new -- the beds and rooms were very comfortable -- and the breakfast was great.

Our room was cozy and nicely furnished, plus it had a relaxing hot tub 🛀. The staff was quick and helpful, and the location was great. Besides, there's a shopping center just a mile away from here.

Nothing to be honest. Location is not as great as some other people are saying. Too many strangers in the area. Good access to the main road, nothing else. Few fast food places around.

Wi-fi/ cable Internet is horrible. I was on a business trip in Richmond. The Internet access in this hotel almost ruin my journey. Wi fi disconnect every 30 sec. It's almost impossible to work,if you need send or receive emails. Staff wasn't sure what is wrong. Manager wasn't available. I've decided to move to another hotel, but the receptionist wasn't sure how to cancel my days. Generally I wouldn't recommend it to any busyness traveler.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express we've stayed. It is VERY clean, non-smoking. Loved the decor of the room! The room/bathroom were very clean. There was great variety for free breakfast.

There was limited space in the free breakfast area. There needs to be more table/chairs for seating. There were lounge chairs/sofas taking up space where table/chairs could have been for eating.

This place offers a trendy vibe, a cozy breakfast, and spacious, upscale rooms with great service in a convenient location near the town center and about a 32-minute drive from the airport.

I chose this hotel because of it's convenient location and access to the freeway. Also Holiday Inn has been consistent with maintaining its clean appearance. This hotel appeared to be new.

Very clean room. Hotel itself was very modern and clean as well. Front desk staff very accommodating and nice. Comfortable and quiet room. Right off of freeway.

Out of the way if your are going to Oakland of SF. I would call facility for reservation as rate always seems to be cheaper than if booked online/

The stay was absolutely very nice! The venue was impeccably clean. It had convenient and easy location, short walk to stores and California. Several good fast food restaurants nearby.

The location. We were less than a mile from those we came to visit. Good central location. Like the patio.

The view was horrible. For that price, I would expect something better than backs of buildings and trash bins. The food wasn't hot and not replenished during peak time. Probably a lack of staff, because she was doing her best. Linens obviously were not changed as we got something on the sheets and still there. We didn't report any of this. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle. The Holiday Inn Expresses are much better kept in Texas.
